Traditional Wedding Photography Style:
Most of us remember that huge wedding album our parents have buried in the bottom of their closet that comes out once in a while during the family reunions…that is traditional wedding photography. It comprises of carefully posed photographs of specific moments. Though they have a place in the history of wedding photography I find this type of imagery to be predictable and a bit stiff. I do however find it necessary for the formal shots of the family, which need a bit more structure and posing.

Photojournalism is defined by a series of candid photos that portrait the story of the entire day. This allows each wedding to be unique and more personal for the couple. No two weddings will look the same as you view your story of images
Illustrative style:
The latest style in photography is the illustrative style, defined as placing the subject in certain settings for optimum lighting and iconic backgrounds. The subjects are then allowed to be themselves and interact…a sort of staging.
